Design Phases

- Discovery meeting with the client to discuss project goals, budget parameters, stylistic preferences, and timeline.
- Complete site measurements and assess existing conditions.
- Prepare a detailed scope of work and develop a comprehensive project proposal.

- Coordinate and onboard project consultants (architect, builder, and other relevant specialists).
- Develop the overall design concept, including concept sketches and curated mood boards.
- Present preliminary design concepts to the client for review and approval.

- Prepare detailed floor plans and 3D renderings.
- Select materials, appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and furnishings.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure accurate implementation of the design
- Present design to the client for review and approval.

- Prepare comprehensive construction drawings, detailed millwork documentation, and specifications package for pricing.
- Assist with contractor tendering, bid review, and selection (as required).
- Issue the finalized documentation package to the builder following client approval.

- Oversee construction through regular site visits and coordination meetings with the contractor and trades.
- Review and approve millwork shop drawings for fabrication and installation.
- Evaluate and approve finish samples.
- Issue change orders and drawing revisions as required throughout the construction process.

- Select and price furniture, artwork, and accessories.
- Present furniture package to the client for review and approval.
- Manage quotations, procurement, and delivery of furniture and accessories.
- Oversee on-site furniture installation and final styling.
