We designed MGM Financial’s new office from the ground up, reimagining the workspace to align with the company’s evolving brand identity. The discovery phase involved a comprehensive analysis of how staff members use the office, collaborate internally, and engage with clients.

The resulting design prioritizes flexibility, allowing offices and meeting rooms to seamlessly adapt to team meetings, private calls, and one-on-one client consultations. The aesthetic strikes a balance between approachable and elevated — welcoming without compromising professionalism. Durable, high-performance finishes were thoughtfully selected to withstand daily use, while layered lighting creates dynamic shifts in mood throughout the workspace.
