We designed these record stations for Marcon’s latest activation at TriCity Pavilion, where they curated “a space dedicated to the culture of music.”

Furniture-grade plywood was selected as the primary and sole material for the millwork, as it is naturally very durable and added the right amount of interest through its natural texture. Each station incorporates a space for the record player, a curated selection of vinyls, and a display slot for the album currently playing.

A dedicated seating area accompanies each station, with headphones mounted on nearby hooks to invite guests to sit, listen, and engage with the music. Our goal was to create functional and understated pieces that supports the experience while allowing the album artwork and surrounding graphics to remain the focal point.
